Jab Jab Helmet.
Traditionally, a Jab helmet is all black, complete with horns. This is used in Carnival season when Jab is present. Recently, as more people from outside the culture engage with it or the younger generation is introduced to it, the meaning has been diluted. People forget that carnival is not just a celebration or a party; it has a rich, real history. To combat this, we designed a helmet for this Jab season that reminds us of why we celebrate in the first place. The reason being that our freedom was fought for with the ashes of our ancestors
