Constructing The Helmet

This Jab Helmet was constructed together using a drill, paint, a construction helmet, and horns. The process started off by sanding off the helmet with 150-grit paper to ensure the paint would stay on. Multiple layers of primer/gloss paint were applied. The horns were 3D printed and spray-painted before being applied to the helmet. Eventually, the final design consists of splatters of paint rather than neat, traditional paint to showcase the raw energy this tradition conveys. Holes were drilled into the helmet on either side, and glue was applied to both the bottom of the horns and the outer layer of the helmet. There was a screw drilled from the inside of the helmet to the inside of the horn. After this, the typography was applied with sticker vinyl.
