Hatred is a universal emotion. It can wither away relationships, mental health, and even cause harm to others. When uncontrolled or unchecked hatred if left unaddressed, can be life-altering - all it takes is one mistake. This is why “From Hate To Healing” exists. A project dedicated to helping others acknowledge what hate is and how it infects our minds in the first place. Understanding why we hate is a crucial part of the healing process, as being unclear about it can lead to impulsive decisions. Once we understand why the healing process can truly begin, we go on a journey of self-understanding. Finally, we can approach the forgiveness aspect of the hate cycle. Whether it is forgiving yourself, another person, or the situation at hand, to truly be free, forgiveness is key. We learn from our past; simply forgetting the situation may not be enough, so we must also break free from the traumas that cause hatred.
