“Pour Into You”
A symbol representing the everlasting strength, giving, and sacrifice of the Derushe family.
The Derushe family originated in Guyana, a country in South America. A family dominated by not only immigrants but also women, they had to work twice as hard to achieve the same results in the corporate world. The jaguar is Guyana's national animal. Not only does it symbolize strength, but it also represents spirituality, a value highly cherished by the Derushe family. The jaguars' tails loop into one another to create an infinity symbol, which shows the unending strength and fortitude of this family. The hands are lowered and meant to look as if they are holding something, ready to pass it on to future generations.
