“Batman VS Spiderman Teaser Trailer”
This project was designed under the idea of creating a motion video under 30 seconds that conveys a quick idea - a teaser.
We were given the freedom to choose any topic, so naturally, we wanted to produce a hype-worthy what-if scenario that fans of comics could band
together and enjoy. The clash of two of the most popular superheroes of all time was the main topic. To create a small scene of these titans colliding on
the big screen is what this project is all about.
Built For Hype
Features popular actor credits in order to build up hype. While this isn’t a real trailer, it shows just enough to get the fans going by giving them this dream matchup. The assets for this project were majority made in Illustrator and animated in After Effects. This dark color palette is reminiscent of Batman’s broody nature but also Symbiote Spider-Man’s harsh demeanor. This is exemplified by the choice of music as well as rain /thunder effects, which help create the essence of a serious showdown.
